This website is operated by WattHero, an Authorized Solrite Dealer serving DFW, Houston and Austin, with representative Michael Jenkins ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a savings estimate, we collect:

Your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
Whether you already have solar
Your electric bill, if you choose to upload one. A bill can include your service address, account number, usage history and rate details.
Whether you agreed to receive calls and texts, plus the exact consent wording shown to you and the date and time you submitted the form

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and database providers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request) to operate and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

How we use your information

To contact you about your request and answer your questions
To review your bill and prepare an illustrative savings estimate
To check your eligibility for Solrite programs and, if you choose to move forward, to help you enroll
To keep records of your request and your contact preferences, including consent and opt-out records
To protect the site against spam, fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Solrite and its program partners (for example, the retail electric provider for the program) when needed to check eligibility, prepare an estimate or complete an enrollment you ask for
Service providers that host this website and store form submissions for us, only to provide those services
When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others

Text messaging: Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that WattHero and its representatives (including Michael Jenkins) may call and text you at the number you provided about your savings estimate and Solrite energy programs, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You'll receive one message confirming the opt-out.
Reply HELP for help, or call 469-855-0499.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you text us first (for example, "SOLAR" or "POWER" to 469-855-0499), we'll reply to your message using the same terms.

How long we keep information

We keep your request for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain normal business records. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to show we honored your choices. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

How we protect information

Form submissions and uploaded bills are stored with access restricted to authorized users. Uploaded bills are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by calling or texting 469-855-0499.

Children

This website is intended for homeowners and adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
